Vanna Petry is a Greek-born New Yorker, graduate of F.I.T. and fashion designer for over 25 years. She apprenticed for Halston, designed for Oleg Cassini, Mario Valentino and many others - designing dresses, sportswear and accessories. She traveled to India, China, Indonesia, Australia, Thailand and Europe in search of textiles as well as quality workmanship. Throughout her life she developed a keen sense for color, style and class. She turned to home interiors when she moved out of NYC in 2003. Since then her attention drifted to home accessories and decorating. It is here that she discovered the seduction of wrapping yourself in a luscious fur by the fireplace. Finishing touches to a home, just like an Hermés scarf or a Panerai watch can make all the difference to dressing your private space with casual elegance and sophisticated luxury.
